Adina is a graduate of Cluj-Babes-Bolyai Napoca’s University’s Faculty of Law. Adina is a licensed attorney with more than 25 years of experience in criminal, criminal business, administrative, and tax law.
Adina has successfully represented a wide range of clients in her legal practice, including public officers, local and national entrepreneurs, law enforcement officers, magistrates, and attorneys charged with bribery and tax evasion.
Numerous public entities, other national-interest public entities, as well as major commercial enterprises, both locally and globally, have profited from consultation and representation.
Her legal practice also includes assisting several municipal and local authorities in administrative and fiscal litigation, with the goal of obtaining financial adjustments imposed by the Romanian Court of Accounts.
Adina Laza’s activity as a lawyer was completed by the position of Counselor in the Office of one of the Vice-Presidents of the Romanian Court of Accounts, between 2019 and 2021, which is not only a recognition of the experience gained as a lawyer in litigation with the Court of Accounts. , but also a rich experience in auditing and decisions imposed by the Court of Accounts on various entities of Romania.

A significant part of my practice is dedicated to disputes involving children and the enforcement of court judgments concerning minors. I represent clients in proceedings related to the enforcement of custody, residence and visitation orders, always with the child’s best interests as the guiding principle.
